Re: January 16, 2008 and January 30, 2008 Meeting
The Ladies Auxiliary held there first meeting of 2008 with 7 members present.
Presidents Report:
Crystal thanked everyone for all there hard work in 2007. We have put 2007 behind us and are starting a new year. In hopes to make it bigger and better for all.
Gilbert Parkhill (TRFD District Board Member) is over the Ladies any concerns we have need to be taken to him from now on.
Crystal attending a meeting on 1-14-08 about Having a Relay For Life team she has all the information for us to go over. We think this is a great way to give back to our community. There is a Registration fee of $50.00 to have a team. Each team member is asked to raise $100.00 for Relay for Life in which we have choose to do a fundraiser to raise this money. Relay is May 16-17 at the Coshocton County Fairgrounds. Anyone wanting to join the relay team is more then welcome to please contact Crystal at 623-2688 for more information. She had to all members signed up by February. We will also welcome anyone who wants to just walk on the relay days. Any TRFD Member and family member’s can be on the team or just walk on the Relay days.

2008 officers were voted on in Oct. 2007 they are as follows:

Secretary/ Public Relations: Laura Drake
Treasurer: Brenda Wilson
No meeting minutes available from Oct 2007 meeting. Laura handed out everyone a 2008 Calendar and a New Phone & Address List. Also she will be posting all our meeting minutes on our website for viewing. And has been keeping it updated on a weekly bases.
Each month our minutes will be posted at each station for all to view.
Treasurers Report:
Brenda reported $1427.01 as of 1-30-08 after check was written to TRFD Assoc. for Miller and Arnold Flowers
New Business:
We want to get all fundraiser dates wrote down so everyone knows what we are doing for the year and schedule the Community Room if needed. So far we have the following dates scheduled,
